The problem or experience
Gem instructions get messy. This repo keeps them composable and versioned: a Gem reads AGENTS.md, which delegates through a manifest to one primary agent.
Who it's for
People building Gems or similar instruction-driven assistants.
My contribution
It is my project: the manifest, agent files, guardrails and examples.
What works today
- The README describes attaching the repo as a Source and instructing the Gem to read AGENTS.md first.
Limitations
- I haven't tested it in a Gem.
