The problem or experience
Bills come out of one balance, so it's easy to spend money that was meant for rent or a subscription. Tuck reserves money per merchant ahead of time.
Who it's for
People who juggle recurring bills.
My contribution
It is my project, built with plain JavaScript modules. The source is private.
What works today
- Make pockets for a merchant, amount and schedule, per the README.
- Move play money in and out, and freeze demo cards.
- A payment lab shows matching, declines and frozen-card behavior.
Limitations
- It is not a bank account or payment service; everything is simulated.
- Data stays in one browser.
- Tuck is a working name only.
